Louise Erskine

Louise brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate to meet your needs. In addition to being a licensed and bonded broker, Louise is a graduate of the Massachusetts Realtor Leadership Institute, the national Residential Realtor Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Buyer's Agent. Less than 1% of all real agents in Massachusetts have obtained these designations. Raised on a family farm in Paxton, Louise has served on many local town committees  including the finance committee, right to farm committee, master planning committee and has served as a board member for the Richard's Memorial Library.  Louise believes that being a local volunteer in the community shows a commitment to the town meeting form of government and has provided tremendous knowledge of local community rules and regulations that often affect the real estate market. Louise is involved in many  area nonprofits including the YWCA, NEADS and Quota International.
